While the team has broken through a huge part of the conspiracy, they still had to take down The Corporation, and they needed all hands on deck.

It would take everything they had to go up against the money and power behind the murder and chaos – and they were all in.

While Red was in the process of separating from FBIS and setting up his own business, he hired Maddie to work for him, with Myke, on the case.
“I think this is all going to connect. I mean, the Koech siblings run Barron Corp, and Barron Corp has ties to Univy—at least it looks like it’s acting as a shell corporation for stuff Univy was doing.”
“This thing is like an onion. We keep peeling the layers back and finding more stuff to deal with.”

Working and living together is not easy in the best of situations.

“Maddie,” Myke said with a sigh, and turned to look at her. “You live here now. I need to get over whatever my issues are and just adjust. It’s me, it’s not you. Seriously, it’s fine.”

Then an attack on their home brings up old trauma for Maddie and Myke and they will either learn to lean on each other, or walk away.
