Have you ever felt like you didn’t fit in and that the world was just out to beat you up? Charlotte Vale has felt that way for the last year – she lost her job, her boyfriend, and her apartment. Forced to move back in with her parents and perfect younger sister, Char decides it’s time to take action. She applies, on a whim, for a staff writer role at a New York City-based travel magazine and, much to her surprise, lands the gig. Moving to New York and traveling is a dream come true for Charlotte, but just before she leaves, things fall apart with her best friend, Lucas. Will Charlotte pick New York or Lucas? Or, will she find a way to have the best of both worlds?
