If you purchase a digital product (such as an eBook, audiobook, or serialized content) or a physical book fulfilled through our partners (Bookshop.org, Lulu, or BookFunnel) directly on Direct2Readers.com, the following policies apply:
Digital Products (eBooks, Audiobooks, Serialized Fiction)
- All digital sales are final.
- Due to the nature of digital content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you experience issues with your download, please contact support@direct2readers.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
Physical Books (Fulfilled via Bookshop.org, Lulu, or BookFunnel)
- Refunds and returns for physical books are subject to the policies of our fulfillment partners.
- If your book arrives damaged or is incorrect, please reach out to us at support@direct2readers.com with your order details, and we will direct you to the appropriate partner to resolve the issue.
- Return shipping costs may apply, depending on the fulfillment provider’s policies.
