How It Works
Step 1: Sign Up & Set Up Your Storefront
- Create an account and choose your pen name(s). Each storefront is linked to a specific pen name.
- Pay the $100 annual fee per pen name to activate your storefront.
- Add an author bio, links to your website and social media, and customize your storefront.
Step 2: List Your Products
- Upload books, audiobooks, serialized fiction, comics, or films.
- Choose how you want to sell:
- Affiliate Products: Direct readers to purchase from retailers like Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, etc.
- Direct Sales: Sell directly through Direct2Readers.com and keep 80% commission.
- Set your price, upload cover images, and provide book descriptions.
Step 3: Get Discovered & Sell
- Your products will be searchable on Direct2Readers.com and discoverable through our Librarian chatbot.
- Readers can purchase directly from you or follow your links to external retailers.
- If selling direct, we handle payment processing and fulfillment via our partners.
Step 4: Get Paid
- Direct sales earnings (80% commission) are paid out monthly via PayPal or bank transfer.
- You’ll receive detailed sales reports to track your performance.
